By accessing or using our Apps, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for personal or professional purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Apps.

Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

• Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple App Store or Google Play refund policies.
• You may restore previous purchases using the "Restore Purchases" option in the App.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Apps to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe the rights of others.
• Transmit harmful, unlawful, or offensive content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Apps or related systems.
• Use the Apps for any purpose that could damage or impair their functionality.

Professional Use Disclaimer

Our Apps are designed to assist professional workflows. They are tools to support — not replace — professional judgment. The Nero Labs LLC is not responsible for decisions made based on data or calculations provided by the Apps. Always verify critical information through official sources and established procedures.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Apps are owned by The Nero Labs LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Our name, logos, and trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Nero Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Apps.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Apps at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
