- Account Information: Email address when you create an account or sign in.
- Location Data: GPS coordinates when you use mapping or field features (only with your permission).
- Usage Data: Anonymized app usage statistics to improve performance.
- Device Information: Device type, OS version, and app version for technical support.
- Payment Information: Processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store payment details.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain our Apps and their features.
- To process subscriptions and in-app purchases.
- To send important service notifications and updates.
- To improve app performance and fix bugs.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers (Supabase, RevenueCat, Apple, Google) solely to operate our Apps, under strict confidentiality agreements.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers (Supabase) with encryption in transit and at rest. Team collaboration data in MapNero uses AES-GCM end-to-end encryption. We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services.
Location Data
Location access is requested only when needed for core app features (mapping, field tracking). You can revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings. Location data is not shared with third parties.

Children's Privacy
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
